Edgar Reynolds is a playable character in State of Decay and the DLC Breakdown. While his name is randomized in each playthrough, Edgar Reynolds is the name used in the game's file.
He is a random recruitable survivor, thus, he doesn't appear in any missions by canon sources, and might not be encountered at all.
Since he has both Natural Athlete (which gives him Powerhouse skills) and Soldier (which gives him improved Fighting and Shooting skills) traits, he is most useful outdoors.
