He is a random recruitable survivor, thus, he doesn't appear in any missions by canon sources, and might not be encountered at all.
Since he has the Tough as Nails trait which gives him additional Vitality, he is most useful outdoors, however, his Alcoholic trait can cause discords inside the player's community.
