Harrison Biggs is a playable character in State of Decay and the DLC Breakdown. While his name is randomized in each playthrough, Harrison Biggs is the name used in the game's file.
He is a random recruitable survivor, thus, he doesn't appear in any missions by canon sources, and might not be encountered at all.
Due to having the Drunk trait, which causes discord, and the Dim Bulb trait, which causes his Wits to go up slowly, and absolutely no positive traits, he is the most useless survivor you can encounter in the game, he should only be used early in the game before better survivors are found, and either way, he should be rid of later in the game, either when found or replaced.
