Tom Jackman is a playable character in State of Decay and the DLC Breakdown. While his name is randomized in each playthrough, Tom Jackman is the name used in the game's file.
He is a random recruitable survivor, thus, he doesn't appear in any missions by canon sources, and might not be encountered at all.
Since he has both Dentist (which gives him Medicine skills) and the Farmer (which gives him Horticulture skills) traits, he is most useful at home.
